I have the honor to present you another work by Agata Królak published by Oficyna. "The Amazing Angst" is an art book that gave me a headache, and it took far too long to work on it. Technically, this is not a difficult book, rather exposing subtle print and materials – niche and at the same time classic in form. However, at the content level, it is a real bomb. Agata's extremely strong, emotional, honest narration causes that this small, inconspicuous object, which is a book, turns out to radiate and touch deep layers of sensitivity.
It is remarkable how accurately Agata Królak is able to talk about the most difficult matters using the simplest forms and words. Under the surface of the cover you will find an active volcano in which lava flows in print, page by page – beware, for emotional burns! For me, this is a graphic story of the highest level and I heartily recommend it to you!
