How much does shipping cost?
Some time ago, we decided it would be great if we could split the shipping costs with the buyers, instead of passing them all on to you. Therefore, shipping within Poland is 7 PLN to a parcel locker and 10 PLN via courier . This is half the price we pay to the supplier.
Is there free shipping?
Yes, in Poland , free shipping is available for orders over 150 PLN . Unfortunately, we are unable to offer free shipping for international orders at this time.
How are you doing with returns? Are you causing any problems?
No. If you don't like it, simply return it, no explanations, no fuss, no problem. We understand that Riso prints have a specific aesthetic and low-tech print, so sometimes they may not be to your liking. Our goal isn't to push useless products on people, but to share our exciting work. However, you'll be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Do you ship abroad?
Sure, we ship to most countries around the world. If something's wrong with the store's system and your location is blocked, be sure to email us at sklep@oficynaperyferie.pl and we'll resolve the issue directly.
When will you ship the order?
We usually ship packages once a week , usually on Fridays, but if we're going to a trade show or workshop, that might change. If you're looking for express shipping, be sure to let us know – we'll work something out, I'm sure it will work out.
Can I collect my order in person?
Sure, we invite you to Pracownia Wschodnia, ul. Skoczylasa 8, 03-469 Warsaw , with whom we share space. You can collect your order during the Gallery's opening hours, which are Wednesday-Friday 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM and Saturday/Sunday 12:00 PM - 6:00 PM . However, please don't come until you've received an email confirming that your order is ready for collection. We usually need time to complete and pack your order.
Can your works be purchased in any stationary stores?
Yes, most of our work is available at the self-service kiosk at Pracownia Wschodnia, ul. Skoczylasa 8, 03-469 Warsaw , with whom we share space. The kiosk is open Wednesday-Friday 4:00 PM-8:00 PM and Saturday/Sunday 12:00 PM-6:00 PM . The principle is simple – you choose what you want and pay online using the QR code available on-site.
How do you package your graphics? Are they safe?
Our prints (with a few exceptions) are available in A3 format, so we ship them flat in a cardboard envelope with stiffening cardboard. Additionally, prints are packaged in a plastic sleeve, making them resistant to weather and couriers. Out of several hundred prints shipped, only one accident has occurred (Jurek W. from Wrocław, best regards!)
