HUMAN CONCEPT - Agata Chudzik
Zuzanna Wołejko writes about the zine:
"I present 'Human Concept' by Agata Chudzik. Inside, everything I love—bubbling brains and levitating eyeballs. Agata abandoned her cognitive science studies for nursing, and this zine is a record of what fascinates her about the human body. After all, anatomy has always been closely linked to drawing. Each page is a small fragment of medical knowledge.
I like that Agata created three levels of visual narrative – one is detailed, almost scientific illustrations of tissues, the second is linear, sparsely drawn human silhouettes, and the third is tiny figures, which remind me of the aesthetics of Studio Ghibli.
These little creatures symbolize emotions and are a counterweight to the scientific severity of the engraving.
I'm warning you, the cover is so pink it stains your fingers (the effect of Riso printing!). You won't be able to hide from your family that you've been watching zines at night again."

The Micro Zine publishing series is a universal formula in which, on 16 pages and in a small A6 format, our invited artists realize their wild artistic intentions.
A common element of the entire series is the cover, with a graphic layout referring to the legendary Ossolineum publishing series – the National Library.
