The fifteenth zine in the MicroZines series: this time I present to you "Prophecy" by Karolina Król.

The Micro Zine publishing series is a universal formula in which, on 16 pages and in a small A6 format, our invited artists realize their wild artistic intentions.

A common element of the entire series is the cover, with a graphic layout referring to the legendary Ossolineum publishing series – the National Library.

Printer's comment: Karolina prepared the designs by hand, based on charcoal drawings. During the printing process, to capture the character of the tool, I used very heavy ink, which adds a touch of color intensity but also causes significant ink smearing. This effect is characteristic of both Riso printing and charcoal drawings. I also chose rough, unpolished paper, which is better suited to this type of raw graphic material. When handling the zine, be aware that it may leave slight marks on your fingers. Sometimes, you can see marks on the prints from the rollers used by the folding machine to feed the paper. In industrial printing, such practices are considered a mistake; in our case, we treat them as a "treat" and enjoy them :)
