Riso CMYK is a basic Riso workshop that will teach you the basics of digital color separation, allowing you to print full-color photographs and designs.
PLEASE NOTE: Classes are only for those who have completed the RISO BASICS workshop!
During the classes you will learn:
1. Basic preparation of files for printing on Riso (color separation)
2. You will gain practical skills in matching multi-colored graphics
3. You will practice printing more advanced designs (4 colors)
...and print your own design in A4 format.
WORKSHOP DETAILS:
The workshops take place at Oficyna Peryferie, in the premises of the Eastern Studio in Warsaw.

Including materials (paper, prints, basic art supplies).
To participate in the workshops, you will need your own laptop with Photoshop software (and Spectrolite if you are working on a Mac).

WHAT'S NEXT?
People who complete the Riso CMYK workshops can sign up for the RISO PRO classes, during which we focus on more advanced design for Riso – methods of unusual color separations and file architecture in InDesign, which allows you to design directly for Riso printing (+ we gain further experience working with the machine).
RISO PRINT CLUB
The project consists of a sequence of training courses, from Riso Basics to Riso Pro, the aim of which is to achieve workshop proficiency, enabling independent work on your own projects.
- Riso Basics – basic analog workshops. Familiarization with the machine.
- Riso CMYK – the basics of CMYK color separation and printing photos and illustrations
- Riso Pro – advanced separation, design for Riso and printing multi-color graphics
People completing the Riso workshop series can sign up for regularly organized Open Studio sessions, during which they can print their own designs using our equipment.

Ticket returns are accepted up to 7 days before the event. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event may be transferred to another date.
